Creator Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee influencer portfolios and assist creators in enhancing their platform visibility.

• Secure brand collaborations for creators.

• Identify and onboard new creators, including both emerging and established influencers.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Create content strategies tailored for clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams on company strategy and expanding the talent roster.

• Utilize in-house software and expertise to assist creators in monetizing their content.

• Operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced remote setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to work independently and drive your own initiatives.

• A proactive approach to accomplishing tasks.

• Bonus: experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies.
