This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the performance throughout the life-cycle of all assets within the designated Business Unit.
• Manage fleet operations, including idle assets, task forces, product lines, profit margins, customer and location profitability, as well as vehicle performance.
• Provide guidance, establish priorities, develop strategies, and exert influence across various functional areas including Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, RVS, and more.
• Handle NYE, term-out units, redeployments, and under-performing units across different product lines.
• Facilitate asset discussions, conduct Business Unit asset reviews, and lead special projects.
• Coordinate activities related to new units, order statuses, OEM/manufacturer relations, purchasing tasks, and sales-force requirements.
• Oversee rental fleet performance, manage idle assets, coordinate rental-to-lease transitions, out-of-service protocols, new unit deliveries, and training within the Rental organization.
• Manage maintenance asset discussions, in-service and out-of-service units, transfers, product line adjustments, and evaluations of under-performing vehicles.
• Support SCS fleet management, asset requests, redeployments, account management, term-out/expired units, and GAM units.
• Coordinate RVS out-of-service scheduling, UTC/shop rejections, end-of-lease sales, and liaison activities between the Business Unit and UTC.
• Address asset requests and manage R2L, SVN, VCNs, in-service/out-of-service processes, NYE, NLE, reports, product lines, depreciation adjustments, and fleet analyses.
• Lead weekly asset discussions, monthly and annual reviews, location visits, evaluations of low-performing accounts, and fleet analysis during acquisition processes.
• Foster collaboration and promote Asset Management principles; offer expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and training throughout the organization.
• Review fleet financial performance and ensure accurate depreciation to salvage throughout the asset life cycle.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Rental, Operations, Sales, or a related industry is required.
• Demonstrated experience in managing fleet performance, assets, product lines, profit margins, and vehicle performance.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, train, and develop team members.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams through various chains of command.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and analytical skills with a focus on asset management.
• A solid customer-centric approach.
• Capability to establish and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Competence in multitasking; highly organized with exceptional time management abilities.
