This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more state.
• Lead the development and implementation of growth initiatives for FBS, enhancing talent capabilities across various geographies, business functions, and Lines of Business.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to synchronize workforce planning, talent strategies, and business objectives.
• Position FBS as a key driver of strategic growth for Farmers.
• Drive scalable programs for people management, leadership initiatives, and talent integration strategies that foster employee growth, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure operational excellence within FBS, covering processes, governance, compliance, and service delivery models.
• Forge partnerships across Farmers to expedite the integration, development, and long-term success of FBS talent.
• Track essential business and workforce metrics, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and spearhead initiatives for capability, performance, and scalability.
• Influence the growth, scalability, and strategic impact of Farmers Business Services.
• Develop strategies, infrastructure, and partnerships that support sustainable growth in Latin America and India.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Strategy, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, or related leadership positions.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale talent, workforce, or organizational growth initiatives in regional or global settings.
• Experience in supporting or collaborating with teams across LATAM and/or India.
• Demonstrated capability to influence senior leaders, construct business cases, and drive strategic initiatives with executive-level visibility.
• Experience in creating scalable processes, operating models, and people strategies within complex, multi-country organizations.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and relationship building.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in supporting international talent delivery, shared services, global business services, or distributed workforce models.
• Valid local legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based; work authorization sponsorship is not available unless explicitly stated.
