Finance & Strategy Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of forecasting Consumer Trading revenue and conducting monthly variance analysis.

• Oversee financial deliverables for Developer and Stablecoin products, which includes revenue forecasting and operating expense budget monitoring.

• Develop and sustain driver-based financial models for Trading, Developer, and Stablecoin revenue and expense categories.

• Analyze financial and operational data to uncover trends, anomalies, and potential opportunities.

• Lead the month-end closing processes and collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure the accuracy of data.

• Deliver financial analysis during business reviews and convert complex data into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.

• Collaborate with teams across Business Operations, Data, Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, HR, Product, Engineering, and Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a comparable analytical position.

• Capability to independently construct driver-based revenue and expense models.

• Proficiency in advanced Excel and SQL.

• Familiarity with planning tools such as Anaplan, NetSuite, or Adaptive Insights.

• Experience in collaborating with non-financial stakeholders to validate assumptions, gather inputs, and present financial analyses.

• Aptitude for independently identifying financial trends or risks and escalating insights to leadership.

• Demonstrated accuracy in financial closing processes, variance analysis, or reconciliation workflows.

• Responsible use of generative AI with appropriate human oversight.
