Senior Manager, Strategic Operations – Technology Strategy & Roadmap

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee strategic technology planning for RMCC Americas.

• Create and sustain RMCC's multi-year technology roadmap encompassing data systems, reporting, automation, workflow tools, and commercial support platforms.

• Convert RMCC business strategy, operational model requirements, and stakeholder priorities into organized technology capabilities, roadmap themes, and delivery suggestions.

• Direct annual and quarterly technology planning activities, assessing demand, capacity, dependencies, risks, benefits, and business value.

• Evaluate current tools, reporting environments, workflows, and data systems to pinpoint modernization opportunities, simplification needs, and future capability gaps.

• Collaborate with Technology, Data, Product, RMCC, Commercial, Enterprise, and external vendor stakeholders to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and operational requirements.

• Prepare executive-level roadmap materials, decision frameworks, investment proposals, and prioritization alternatives.

• Lead roadmap planning and prioritization discussions.

• Develop decision-making materials that clarify options, impacts, dependencies, and recommended next steps.

• Persuade partners to push forward roadmap priorities, eliminate obstacles, and maintain alignment with RMCC's commercial strategy.

• Manage current-state and future-state evaluations.

• Formulate KPI and value-realization frameworks.

• Create transition planning documents for delivery, implementation, adoption, and operational support.

• Report directly to the Director of Strategic Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of seven (7) years of professional work experience.

• At least four (4) years of experience in supporting technology strategy, roadmap planning, data systems, reporting platforms, automation, analytics tools, or technology-enabled business operations.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience leading teams and cross-functional technology initiatives in an enterprise setting.

• Proven experience in translating business strategy and stakeholder requirements into technology capabilities, roadmap priorities, sequencing recommendations, and executive decision materials.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

• Five (5) years of professional work experience in Technology or related fields.

• Bachelor's Degree, or an Associate's Degree with 6+ years of Technology-related experience, or a High School Degree/GED with 12+ years of Technology-related experience.

• Excellent prioritization and team management skills.

• Strong partner-management abilities to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
