Strategic Operations Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic ally to operations, providing support to leadership through data analysis, performance metrics, and insights on productivity.

• Evaluate operational KPIs to discover opportunities for process enhancement.

• Conduct workforce planning analyses to determine the necessity for staff increases or redistribution.

• Assist the Operations Supervisor in overseeing operational tasks and nurturing customer relationships.

• Generate management reports, presentations, and analyses to facilitate leadership decision-making.

• Track performance metrics and evaluate the success of initiatives that have been implemented.

• Detect operational discrepancies and propose corrective and preventive measures.

• Engage in customer meetings, showcasing results, KPIs, and potential improvement avenues.

• Aid in the standardization of processes and foster continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

• Participate directly in field operations and projects, with travel to various cities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Process Management, Statistics, or a similar field.

• Experience in operations, data analysis, or operational management is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Possession of a valid Category B driver’s license.

• Intermediate or advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics (KPIs).

• Proficiency in preparing management reports and executive presentations.

• Skills in operational planning and monitoring.

• Knowledge of workforce planning and productivity analysis.

• Expertise in process management and continuous improvement.

• Proficient in problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques.

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

• Experience in analyzing operational KPIs is a plus.

• Having managed productivity and workforce planning is a plus.

• Field operations experience is beneficial.

• Knowledge of or experience in the agribusiness sector is advantageous.

• Experience in presenting results and managing customer relationships is a plus.
