This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage the fulfillment of contingent worker requisitions using the DirectSource MAGNIT solution.
• Validate job openings, review matched candidates, present the best matches to hiring managers, and guide candidates throughout the process.
• Facilitate decision-making for managers and optimize job descriptions, candidate fit, quantity, and rates.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract candidates to talent pools and ensure accurate worker information is maintained.
• Update direct sourcing strategies and talent pool development in collaboration with managers and leadership.
• Ensure effective communication between hiring managers and candidates for timely fulfillment of requisitions.
• Educate hiring managers on market bill rates and assist with prompt requisition fulfillment.
• Identify process efficiencies and recommend their implementation to the Program Manager.
• Manage or assist with third-party payroll and/or 1099 compliance tasks as needed.
• Maintain desk standard operating procedures and enhance operational processes.
• Build professional relationships with clients and establish trusted-advisor partnerships.
• Resolve complex issues and employee relations matters, involving senior resources when necessary.
• Provide consultation to client managers to foster collaboration and mitigate risks.
• Participate in monthly governance reporting and quarterly business reviews.
• Train new team members on learning systems and procedures as required.
• Generate and analyze weekly reports for clients and Magnit.
• Adhere to client and Magnit policies and procedures.
• A college degree, AA, or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of three years of experience in technical recruiting or sourcing and customer service is essential (MUST HAVE).
• Experience in sales, marketing, or staffing industry operations is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in writing, verbally, and in interpersonal interactions are necessary.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients.
• Good customer service and organizational skills are essential.
• Capability to lift up to 20 pounds, bend, stoop, sit at a desk for extended periods, and move between buildings.
• Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and problem solver.
• Must be US-based and available to work PST/MST/CST hours.
