This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement diverse sourcing strategies for designated searches and key talent segments.
• Optimize sourcing channels and referral networks with defined goals and measurable outcomes.
• Establish and sustain active talent pipelines aligned with existing and anticipated skill shortages.
• Update pipeline strategies based on demand forecasting and market indicators.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Partners, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers regarding role intake, success profiles, sourcing strategies, and communication with stakeholders.
• Generate and present market and talent intelligence concerning talent supply/demand, competitor analysis, compensation insights, geographical trends, diversity availability, and conversion rates.
• Provide regular reports on pipeline and sourcing performance.
• Prepare candidate lists, conduct thorough interviews, and deliver calibrated assessments and recommendations.
• Identify gaps in processes, test enhancements, promote the adoption of new tools, document best practices, and influence standardized procedures.
• Drive conference and event strategies as needed, which includes pre-event outreach, on-site engagement, and follow-up after events.
• Represent Biogen at professional gatherings, conferences, career fairs, networking events, college fairs, and diversity-focused events.
• Monitor event outcomes and share insights to enhance future initiatives.
• Ensure that staffing operations adhere to corporate, local, state, and federal regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 6 years of sourcing/recruiting experience in agency/executive search or corporate settings.
• Preferred experience in life sciences.
• Preferred background in commercial recruiting.
• Proficient in advanced sourcing techniques, including the direct sourcing of passive candidates, competitive/market intelligence, job boards, and social media sourcing, as well as networking/referral-driven sourcing.
• Experience with market research, organizational mapping, name generation, and candidate development.
• Capability in managing relationships with stakeholders, including hiring leaders, recruiters, and HR partners.
• Ability to develop, analyze, and report on talent pipelines and recruitment metrics.
• Experience in translating insights into actionable plans and ready-to-present updates for stakeholders.
• Strong skills in candidate assessment.
• Background in cold-calling and relationship-building.
• Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and adaptability to new technologies and work methodologies.
• Experience in supporting change management and process enhancement is preferred.
