This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.
β’ Receive, organize, and monitor software requests from BYU-Pathway staff, departments, and support teams.
β’ Maintain a precise tracker for requests that includes details, assigned owners, priorities, status, key dates, and outcomes.
β’ Assist in determining the routing of requests through ICS vendor management, CES IT purchasing, or other review groups.
β’ Collaborate with requestors and stakeholders to gather pertinent information, clarify business requirements, and provide status updates.
β’ Act as a liaison between requestors, project managers, vendor management, purchasing, privacy, security, legal, AI review, and other stakeholders.
β’ Prepare meeting agendas, request summaries, status reports, and follow-up documentation.
β’ Oversee requests throughout the review, approval, and procurement processes.
β’ Track action items, responsible owners, blockers, and due dates.
β’ Support governance initiatives that promote responsible technology adoption, frugal purchasing, and adherence to organizational standards and policies.
β’ Identify process gaps and suggest enhancements to software request intake, triage, routing, tracking, and reporting.
β’ Must reside in Utah or Idaho.
β’ Authorized to work in the United States without needing sponsorship.
β’ Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.
β’ Ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, owners, and deadlines concurrently.
β’ Clear communication skills with requestors, project managers, and stakeholder groups.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, forms, and project management tools like Wrike.
β’ Capability to document business requirements, decisions, issues, and action items clearly and succinctly.
β’ Ability to adhere to established workflows and enhance developing processes.
β’ Discretion in handling sensitive business, contract, privacy, and security information.
β’ Ability to cultivate productive relationships across both technical and non-technical teams.
β’ Understanding of request tracking, prioritization, and project support practices.
β’ Familiarity with software review, approval, procurement, and governance processes.
β’ Basic knowledge of privacy, security, legal, and compliance considerations related to technology adoption.
β’ Understanding of cross-functional collaboration and communication practices.
β’ Experience in organizing, tracking, or coordinating multiple tasks, projects, requests, or deadlines.
β’ Experience in maintaining trackers, spreadsheets, reports, or status updates.
β’ Experience working effectively within a collaborative team environment.
