This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Represent SSfH in a professional manner at all times

• Assist the SSfH team with various administrative duties, such as drafting letters, reviewing documents, taking minutes, compiling spreadsheets, and publishing notices

• Aid in the delivery of training and awareness programs for the broader staff within SSfH members

• Handle daily general inquiries directed to SSfH via the Procurement inbox, responding promptly and referring inquiries as necessary

• Oversee internal approvals related to procurement activities

• Manage the new supplier onboarding process, including necessary verification checks

• Conduct spending reviews to ensure that spending and contract details are accurately recorded in the relevant Contract Register and contract management software

• Collaborate with Budget or Contract Managers when discrepancies are identified

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of guidance and template documentation

• Input and maintain data on relevant systems, including the Contract Register and Contract Management software

• Embrace and implement best practices

• Foster relationships with key stakeholders across SSfH and its members


⛳️ Requirements

• GCSE Qualifications or Equivalent (including English and Maths) Essential

• Experience in administrative roles, including maintaining spreadsheets or databases and generating summary information

• Proven experience in providing excellent customer service

• Familiarity with working in a deadline-driven environment

• Ability to manage queries and engage positively with a diverse range of stakeholders

• Capability to deliver high-quality work with attention to detail

• Effectively manage and prioritize multiple work demands and tasks

• Proficient ICT user – substantial experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Professional business demeanor

• Flexibility in the allocation of duties and responsibilities

• Ability to take full ownership of assigned tasks

• Customer service expertise

• Excellent presentation skills

• Must possess and be able to provide proof of the right to work in the United Kingdom

• Visa sponsorship is not available
