Talent Sourcer – Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop sourcing strategies and channel plans for designated requisitions

• Create Boolean search strings and curated candidate lists using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools

• Perform market mapping and talent landscape assessments for requisitions that are delayed due to SLA breaches

• Enhance and maintain the shared Boolean library with reusable search strings categorized by role family

• Compose personalized outreach emails and multi-touch campaign sequences

• Implement high-volume outreach through InMail, email, and social media channels

• Promptly follow up on candidate responses

• Monitor reply rates and refine messaging based on performance metrics

• Reconnect with silver medalists and previous requisition pipelines using saved searches and structured campaigns

• Establish and cultivate passive talent pools for anticipated and recurring roles

• Progress qualified candidates to screening by updating ATS stage changes with written fit summaries

• Keep precise candidate records, source attribution, and stage data

• Engage in weekly calibration sessions with the Talent Acquisition Manager

• Meet or exceed departmental performance standards while performing other assigned responsibilities

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of focused sourcing experience in a corporate or agency recruiting setting

• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter alongside at least one other sourcing or talent intelligence platform

• Preferred sourcing experience in e-commerce, marketplace, supply chain, or high-growth tech organizations

• Expertise in a specific domain, whether commercial and brand or technical and operations, is preferred

• Experience contributing to a shared search library or sourcing playbook is a plus

• Proven proficiency in Boolean search, including nested logic, x-ray search, and platform-specific syntax; a live search exercise will be expected during the interview

• Demonstrated ability to craft outreach copy that achieves measurable reply rates

• Proficient with ATS systems and disciplined in data entry practices

• Data-driven approach with the capability to track reply rates, pass-through, and pipeline coverage

• Exceptional written English skills

• Ability to work shifts with adequate overlap with United States business hours

• Capacity to manage confidential candidate information in compliance with data protection and security regulations

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, small-team environment

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms such as HireEZ, SeekOut, or Noon.ai

• Sourcing experience in e-commerce, Amazon marketplace, digital advertising, or supply chain and fulfillment roles

• Experience sourcing across diverse functions, levels, and geographies, including offshore talent markets

• Proficient with ATS platforms like JazzHR, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS and contact enrichment tools

• Familiar with HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP

• Basic understanding of employment law and EEO compliance
