Recruitment and Selection Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop strategies for candidate outreach and sourcing;

• Arrange interviews;

• Perform interviews and behavioral evaluations;

• Maintain the ATS and databases accurately;

• Ensure continuous communication with both clients and candidates.

• Completed Bachelor’s degree;

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office;

• A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection;

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection consultancies is advantageous.
