Recruiter (Permanent Employment)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the recruitment processes, focusing primarily on hiring English teachers.

• Offer occasional recruitment assistance for other departments within the school, as required.

• Facilitate interviews, group activities, and candidate evaluations.

• Evaluate candidates' English language skills and teaching qualifications for educational roles.

• Maintain spreadsheets and reports to monitor the progress of recruitment efforts.

• Aid in the onboarding process for newly hired employees.

• Engage in the selection process, which includes a pre-interview questionnaire, assessment video, and meeting with the HR Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Background in HR, recruitment, and selection processes.

• Proficiency in English at an advanced level (C1 or C2).

• Proficiency in Spanish at an advanced level (C1 or C2).

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a focus on achieving results.

• Availability during standard business hours.

• Completed or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Languages, or a related field (preferable).

• Experience in the language education sector (preferable).

• Familiarity with ATS systems and Excel (preferable).

• Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Vagas, Catho, and Gupy (preferable).

• 1–3 years of professional experience.

• Native Portuguese speaker.
