This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +9 more states.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the clarification of requirements and conduct stakeholder demonstrations.
• Evaluate talent acquisition systems and workflows for opportunities in improvement, optimization, and fraud prevention.
• Configure, design, and implement solutions across Talent Acquisition platforms.
• Create functional design documents and use cases for candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes.
• Establish test strategies and write User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts.
• Coordinate testing cycles, logging and prioritizing defects as necessary.
• Conduct system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Act as a liaison between Talent Acquisition business units and People Technology Product Managers or Owners.
• Stay informed about recruitment technologies, sourcing tools, and industry best practices.
• Produce user guides, release notes, and documentation while facilitating training and knowledge transfer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in HR technology/business systems analysis, focusing heavily on Talent Acquisition applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in supporting Eightfold, Greenhouse, Workday, HackerRank, LinkedIn, HireRight, and candidate fraud platforms.
• Proficient in SDLC, business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, data modeling, process mapping, UAT execution, and documentation.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external audit teams, with an understanding of SOX controls.
• Proven experience in configuring, testing, and implementing HR technology systems.
• Strong capability to effectively interface with both technical and non-technical Talent Acquisition stakeholders.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate lifecycle management, sourcing strategies, and pre-hire compliance.
• This role is open to applicants outside of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington D.C., and Washington State.
