Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer, Sales

📋 Description

• Identify and engage passive candidates for sales positions throughout the AMER region, focusing mainly on Account Executive roles through LinkedIn, online research, events, and other outreach channels.

• Develop representative candidate pipelines and proactive talent pools across targeted territories.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend role requirements, business goals, and ideal candidate profiles.

• Analyze talent markets and collect insights on competitors, locations, and candidate demographics.

• Evaluate candidate alignment and provide recommendations to recruiting partners.

• Screen and qualify candidates across various countries in the AMER region.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through thoughtful outreach, timely communication, and professional relationship-building.

• Continuously enhance sourcing workflows, outreach methods, and research techniques.

• Keep accurate records of activities and candidate data in applicant tracking and recruiting systems.

• Work collaboratively across time zones in GitLab's fully remote environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in recruiting and/or sourcing, particularly in directly engaging passive candidates in a fully outbound setting.

• Experience in sourcing for Account Executive and other sales roles, preferably within the software sector.

• Strong research abilities to identify, map, and engage talent across competitive regional and global markets.

• Experience collaborating directly with recruiters and hiring managers to align hiring needs and adapt sourcing strategies as priorities shift.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches, deadlines, and competing priorities.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.

• Experience with Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter is highly desirable.

• Comfort in working remotely within an asynchronous environment.

• Eagerness to learn and utilize tools such as GitLab.
