Talent Acquisition Sourcer – GTM Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Implement talent sourcing strategies to attract GTM Technical Sales professionals for current and future hiring requirements.

• Oversee talent pipelines and evaluate the depth of the candidate pool along with necessary maintenance actions.

• Connect with prospective candidates, build relationships, and evaluate their fit for Trace3.

• Utilize social media, internet job boards, industry-specific blogs/discussion boards, name-generation research, cold calling/direct sourcing, professional networks, and local community groups.

• Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates' interest, skills, qualifications, and salary expectations.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for designated requisitions as assigned.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish search strategies, implement these strategies, assess outcomes, and modify tactics as needed.

• Engage in and assist with Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 4 years of full-cycle sourcing and recruiting experience is required, ideally in a technical setting.

• Proven experience in recruiting or sourcing for GTM Technical Sales positions.

• Highly skilled in search techniques, including research, crafting Boolean search strings, networking, cold calling, and utilizing various internet sourcing tools.

• Regularly employs creativity and innovation to discover and engage high-potential talent.

• Capable of delivering results for high-volume, complex hiring demands.

• Exceptional candidate care with a strong emphasis on the candidate experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with outstanding time management and prioritization abilities.

• Proactive and consultative approach to requests.

• Comfortable managing multiple and shifting priorities while adhering to deadlines.

• Self-motivated individual who can independently tackle tasks at hand.
