Talent Sourcer – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Lead outbound lead generation efforts and develop a robust pipeline.

• Identify qualified candidate pools using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search techniques, and various alternative discovery methods.

• Assess profiles and resumes in relation to technical and operational job specifications.

• Create targeted candidate lists and ensure accurate tracking of candidate activities in Greenhouse ATS.

• Execute outbound outreach through direct messaging and phone calls to spark candidate interest.

• Achieve weekly sourcing goals and forward qualified leads to internal recruitment teams.

• Collaborate closely with internal recruiting leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of demonstrated experience in talent sourcing, outbound lead generation, or agency recruiting for U.S. clients.

• Advanced skills in using LinkedIn Recruiter and crafting Boolean search strings.

• Practical experience working with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other HR platforms.

• Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency (C1/C2) with a strong presence on the phone.

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and performing repetitive sourcing activities.

• Proven experience in conducting cold outreach to passive candidates with a strong track record of response rates.

• Experience in sourcing candidates for U.S.-based companies.

• Familiarity with candidate tracking tools or recruitment CRM systems.
