This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist the global recruiting team with various ongoing searches

• Collaborate with recruiters to pinpoint candidates, oversee pipelines, and ensure seamless interview processes across different time zones

• Actively seek out candidates for technical and delivery roles

• Perform outreach and monitor sourcing activities

• Arrange interviews across various time zones

• Manage calendars for candidates and internal interviewers

• Send confirmations and guarantee a positive candidate experience

• Keep interview tracking and documentation updated

• Aid in offer logistics and administrative follow-up

• Ensure accurate tracking documentation while handling competing priorities

• Work with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to maintain organized, efficient, and timely hiring processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or talent operations

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken)

• Familiarity with scheduling across global time zones

• Comfortable working in high-volume environments

• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail

• Reliable internet connection

• Capacity to work during global business hours as necessary

• Composed under pressure

• Strong sense of urgency

• Effective communication skills

• Process-driven and highly reliable
