This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Identify and attract top talent with specialized skills or expertise for niche roles.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational objectives.
• Review and post job advertisements on targeted job boards.
• Process applications across various platforms in a timely manner.
• Utilize online platforms, social media, networking, mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing, and other sourcing techniques to identify candidates.
• Develop and expand talent communities for current and future hiring needs.
• Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and various communication channels.
• Conduct and present market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Pre-screen candidates and evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Share market and candidate insights with business hiring groups and provide consultation on sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Promote the employer brand and career advancement opportunities.
• Maintain precise records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using ATS and other tools.
• Stay informed on industry best practices, sourcing tools, and techniques.
• Foster diversity and inclusion through sourcing practices.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative methods to enhance recruitment efficiency.
• Candidates must be located in Idaho, Arizona, Oregon, or Texas, USA.
• Previous sourcing experience in the semiconductor sector is preferred.
• A High School diploma is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
• Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training is required.
• Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.
• A deep understanding of and substantial sourcing experience in specific industries or markets is essential.
• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, including X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong research and market analysis skills.
• Capability to manage candidate data accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities, meet deadlines, and handle niche recruitment needs.
• Creative aptitude for addressing sourcing challenges.
• Commitment to continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets.
