This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop and manage staffing, employment, and recruitment initiatives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to articulate job-opening requirements and create requisitions.
• Identify recruitment sources for advertising and posting key positions.
• Enhance the company’s image to candidates and external service providers.
• Source candidates while building talent networks and refining recruitment processes.
• Pre-screen resumes and assess electronic candidate evaluation tools.
• Document candidate evaluations and interview procedures.
• Negotiate or assist in the development of compensation packages and offers for new hires.
• Ensure that employment background checks are performed.
• Cultivate relationships with third-party recruiters.
• Maintain recruiting systems with necessary information.
• Ensure adherence to legal requirements.
• Compile data and analysis related to the recruitment process.
• Undertake initiatives to enhance recruitment activities.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Strong persuasive skills and the capability to represent Worldwide Clinical Trials as a premier employer.
• Ability to drive the recruitment process and assertively engage with hiring managers.
• Experience in the Clinical Operations sector is a significant advantage.
• Background in recruitment is a considerable plus.
