Recruiter I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage qualified candidates for designated openings and talent pipelines.

• Conduct proactive research and sourcing of candidates utilizing LinkedIn, talent databases, social media, referrals, and other approved resources.

• Share qualified candidates with recruiters for further evaluation.

• Build and maintain well-organized candidate pipelines through diligent research, outreach, and relationship management.

• Coordinate interviews and recruiting meetings, including scheduling, confirmations, adjustments, and follow-up communications.

• Support candidate communications and manage recruiting logistics.

• Assist recruiters with reviewing resumes, talent mapping, market research, pipeline reporting, and various other recruiting activities.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate records, activity notes, status updates, and documentation in the applicant tracking system and other Talent Acquisition tools.

• Assist with Talent Acquisition projects, strategic initiatives, and operational priorities.

• Develop and uphold standard operating procedures, templates, training materials, and shared resources.

• Track assigned actions and deadlines, organize shared materials, and prepare regular project and program updates.

• Adhere to established processes while maintaining discretion and confidentiality in handling candidate, employee, and business information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, Human Resources, or a similar professional setting; relevant internship experience is also acceptable.

• Proven experience coordinating interviews, calendars, or meetings across multiple participants and time zones.

• Experience in supporting projects or maintaining standard operating procedures, templates, training materials, or shared team resources.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Familiarity with using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, or other online tools for candidate research and sourcing.

• Capability to learn an applicant tracking system, candidate relationship management system, or similar business technologies.

• Ability to adhere to established processes, accurately complete defined tasks, and manage scheduling, documentation, and data with meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong organizational, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities; capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and seek guidance when necessary.

• Collaborative attitude and a desire to develop a career in Talent Acquisition.

• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods at a stationary workstation.

• Capability to regularly carry, lift, and lower objects weighing up to 10 lbs.

• Ability to learn and understand basic instructions.

• Focused attention to tasks and responsibilities.

• Proficient verbal communication, listening, understanding, responding, and speaking skills.
