This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Identify and recruit travel nurses, home health nurses, and allied healthcare professionals via job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and networking.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess clinical experience, credentials, availability, and preferences for assignments.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating compensation packages, and finalizing placements.
• Align clinicians with available assignments based on their specialty, location, salary expectations, and client requirements.
• Assist candidates throughout the onboarding, credentialing, and compliance processes.
• Ensure that licenses, certifications, and medical records remain up-to-date.
• Collaborate with credentialing, sales, and operations teams to address urgent staffing demands.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified clinicians for both immediate and future staffing needs.
• Keep precise ATS/CRM records and comply with healthcare regulations, licensing standards, and Medicare/Medicaid considerations when applicable.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clinicians throughout their assignments to provide support and enhance retention.
• Meet or surpass recruitment KPIs, placement objectives, revenue, and gross profit targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to traveling clinicians and client partners.
• 2–4+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience, ideally within a healthcare staffing agency.
• Proven success in placing travel nurses, home health clinicians, or contract healthcare professionals.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare credentialing, licensing criteria, and compliance procedures.
• Proficiency in utilizing ATS, CRM, VMS platforms, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Capability to manage multiple candidates and job requisitions in a fast-paced setting.
• Outstanding communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Ability to work in a seated or standing position for extended durations.
• Flexibility with scheduling may be necessary to support clinicians across various time zones.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent staffing experience).
