📋 Description

• Source and recruit candidates for roles ranging from operational positions to executive management.

• Implement human-centered recruitment methodologies.

• Prioritize the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Promote job openings and assess candidates with assistance from the Pandapé platform.

• Adhere to recruitment timelines and deliverables.

• A bachelor's degree or higher qualification.

• Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes.

• Prior experience as a freelance recruiter is preferred.

• Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and deliverables.

• An organized and effective communicator.

• Proficient in executing human-centered recruitment processes aimed at enhancing candidate experience.

• Experience managing a large volume of job vacancies is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills with a sense of urgency is a plus.

• A consultative and strategic approach is an added benefit.
