Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage top talent with specialized skills or expertise for niche roles.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend distinct job requirements and align sourcing strategies with organizational objectives.

• Review and publish job postings on specialized job boards.

• Timely review and process applications across various platforms.

• Utilize online platforms, social media, networking, mobile campaigns, email initiatives, cold calling, recruitment marketing, and other sourcing approaches to discover potential candidates.

• Build and nurture talent communities for present and future hiring needs.

• Connect with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels.

• Conduct and deliver market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

• Pre-screen candidates and evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Share market insights and candidate information with business hiring teams and consult on sourcing and hiring strategies.

• Promote the employer brand and career development opportunities to prospective candidates.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using ATS and other tools.

• Stay informed about best practices, tools, and techniques in sourcing.

• Source candidates from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented groups.

• Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.

• Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training is required.

• Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.

• Strong understanding and solid sourcing experience in specific industries or markets are required.

• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, including X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong research and market analysis capabilities.

• Ability to manage candidate data accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with data protection regulations.

• Skill in managing multiple sourcing tasks and priorities effectively, meeting deadlines, and addressing niche recruitment needs.

• Creative approach to tackling sourcing challenges and finding innovative means to attract specialized talent.

• Commitment to continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets.
