This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruiting process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates from their first interaction through to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to gain insights into role specifications and assist in crafting job postings and sourcing plans.
• Employ direct outreach, networking, and employee referrals to attract candidates; conduct preliminary screenings.
• Organize and facilitate interviews, guide interview teams, and ensure prompt feedback and debriefing sessions.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines for essential, hard-to-fill, and rapidly growing positions.
• Utilize advanced sourcing methodologies, talent mapping, and AI-enhanced recruitment tools.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers and executives on effective hiring practices, candidate evaluation, and talent market trends.
• Direct structured interview protocols to enhance decision-making and improve hiring efficiency.
• Assist marketing and HR in promoting employer branding through LinkedIn and other recruitment marketing channels.
• Analyze data and recruitment metrics to refine hiring strategies and improve talent acquisition performance.
• Identify and implement enhancements to the recruitment process.
• 4-6 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a proven ability to attract top talent in high-growth or complex environments.
• Proficiency in consultative recruiting – capable of influencing, advising, and challenging hiring teams to promote optimal hiring practices.
• Advanced sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-driven solutions, and talent intelligence platforms.
• Experience working with executive leadership, managing impactful hiring strategies, and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Data-oriented mindset – adept at utilizing analytics to enhance hiring results and workforce planning.
• Comprehensive understanding of compliance and hiring regulations (EEO, OFCCP, immigration, etc.) to minimize risk and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Background in the Construction, Engineering Design, or Consulting sectors is an advantage.
• Experience in developing recruitment campaigns and supporting employer branding initiatives.
• Established record in competitive market hiring, talent mapping, and constructing industry-specific talent pipelines.
• Proficiency in forging and maintaining relationships with key talent communities, professional organizations, and industry networks.
• Experience collaborating with remote and distributed teams, optimizing virtual recruitment methods.
• Preference for candidates located in the Central Time Zone.
