This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main talent acquisition business partner for designated sales organizations and various salaried business functions within IPG North America.
• Formulate recruiting strategies that align with business goals.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process, which includes intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and onboarding coordination.
• Establish and sustain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, industry associations, social media, talent communities, and direct outreach to passive candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish candidate profiles, selection criteria, sourcing strategies, and hiring best practices.
• Assess applications, conduct phone and video interviews, evaluate qualifications, and present qualified candidates.
• Recruit for roles in sales, business development, operations leadership, finance/accounting, human resources, engineering, supply chain, customer service, and other corporate functions.
• Utilize labor market data, competitive intelligence, and recruiting analytics to advise hiring managers on talent availability, trends, and hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with the compensation team regarding salary grades, job levels, and market intelligence.
• Maintain requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System, including postings, candidate dispositioning, compliance requirements, and reporting.
• Organize assessments, interview scheduling, travel arrangements, candidate communications, offer processes, negotiations, background screening, and pre-employment requirements.
• Partner with Human Resources, hiring managers, and business leaders on the onboarding process and new-hire transitions.
• Track recruiting metrics and support process enhancements concerning quality of hire, time-to-fill, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Advocate for IPG’s employer brand through professional interactions, networking, recruiting events, and social media engagement.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and affirmative action/equal employment opportunity requirements.
• Engage in special projects and perform related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of successfully hiring sales professionals and other salaried positions.
• Experience in recruiting across various functions, including sales, leadership, professional, corporate, and technical roles is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other advanced sourcing methods.
• Strong consultative and relationship-building skills with the capacity to influence hiring decisions and collaborate effectively with business leaders.
• Familiarity with employment laws, recruiting best practices, candidate assessment methodologies, and selection processes.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, recruitment analytics, and sourcing tools.
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Proven attention to detail and dedication to providing a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based collaboration tools, including video conferencing platforms.
