This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver first-level support to field personnel, approved suppliers, and facility clients.
• Work efficiently and effectively with a sense of urgency to execute tasks, both independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with clients to identify staffing needs.
• Assign tasks at client facilities to qualified field personnel or approved suppliers.
• Oversee staffing operations between field personnel or approved suppliers and clients through phone calls, emails, and staffing platforms and tools.
• Manage open orders and ensure shifts are filled with suitable staff.
• Provide timely updates to field personnel, approved suppliers, and facility clients.
• Stay alert to discrepancies in staffing schedules and report trends to managers and/or the local office as needed.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships between clients and field staff.
• Ensure that concerns from field staff and/or clients are addressed promptly.
• Maintain the company’s reputation by exemplifying standards of excellence.
• Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by management.
• 1-2 years of experience, ideally in the staffing sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience with databases and/or automated programs is an advantage.
• Prior experience in healthcare and/or call centers is preferable.
• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to effectively perform the essential duties of the role.
