Specialized Talent Sourcer, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage top talent with specialized skills or expertise for niche roles.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend unique job specifications and ensure sourcing efforts align with organizational objectives.

• Review and publish job advertisements on niche job boards.

• Process and review applications across various platforms promptly.

• Utilize online platforms, social media, networking, mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing, and other sourcing strategies to discover potential candidates.

• Develop and expand talent communities to meet current and future hiring demands.

• Connect with potential candidates through tailored outreach, networking events, and various communication channels.

• Conduct and present regular market research covering industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

• Pre-screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural compatibility.

• Provide market and candidate insights to hiring teams and advise on sourcing and hiring strategies.

• Advocate for the employer brand and career advancement opportunities to prospective candidates.

• Keep precise records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using ATS and other tools.

• Stay updated on industry best practices, sourcing tools, and techniques.

• Promote diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from various backgrounds and underrepresented groups.

• Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative strategies to boost recruitment efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is required.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.

• Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training is mandatory.

• Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification is required.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting is necessary.

• In-depth understanding and substantial sourcing experience in specific industries or markets is required.

• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, including X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong research and market analysis capabilities.

• Ability to manage candidate data accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with data protection regulations.

• Capacity to efficiently handle multiple sourcing tasks and priorities, meet deadlines, and address niche recruitment needs.

• Creativity in tackling sourcing challenges.

• Commitment to continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets.
