This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage top candidates possessing specific skill sets or expertise for specialized roles.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational objectives.

• Review and publish job advertisements on specialized job boards.

• Review and manage applications across various platforms promptly.

• Utilize online platforms, social media, networking, mobile campaigns, email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing, and other sourcing methods to find candidates.

• Cultivate and expand talent communities to address current and future hiring needs.

• Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and various communication channels.

• Conduct and present market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

• Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Share market and candidate insights with business hiring groups and provide consultation on sourcing and hiring strategies.

• Promote the employer brand and opportunities for career growth.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using ATS and other tools.

• Stay informed on sourcing tools, techniques, and industry best practices.

• Promote diversity and inclusion through sourcing efforts.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative enhancements to recruitment efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.

• Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training is required.

• Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.

• A deep understanding and solid sourcing experience in specific industries or markets is necessary.

• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators is essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

• Strong research and market analysis abilities are necessary.

• Ability to manage candidate data with precision, confidentiality, and in compliance with data protection regulations.

• Capability to efficiently handle multiple sourcing tasks and priorities, meet deadlines, and address niche recruitment needs.

• Aptitude for creatively addressing sourcing challenges and finding innovative solutions to attract specialized talent.

• Commitment to continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.

• A strong focus on achieving sourcing targets is essential.
