This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Craft and publish engaging job advertisements across various job boards.
• Review and manage applications across different platforms promptly.
• Utilize online job boards, professional networking sites, and databases to discover and attract potential candidates.
• Initiate contact with prospective candidates, foster relationships, and provide pertinent job information.
• Conduct preliminary phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, talent communities, and competitive environments to enhance sourcing strategies.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline, particularly for frequently filled roles.
• Ensure accurate candidate information and records are kept in the ATS or relevant databases.
• Refine sourcing strategies based on established metrics and uphold service levels.
• Assist recruiters with various sourcing-related administrative tasks as needed.
• Enhance the employer brand and present job opportunities compellingly to prospective candidates.
• Coordinate feedback and streamline the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Engage candidates from diverse backgrounds to promote inclusivity.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions to boost recruitment efficiency.
• High School diploma is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
• Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training within the first 90 days is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent administration is essential.
• Experience conducting initial candidate evaluations via phone or video interviews is preferred.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector is an advantage.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is required.
• Proficient in sourcing techniques, including basic Boolean search.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and precision is crucial.
• Professional demeanor while representing the company to potential candidates.
