This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract exceptional candidates with specialized skills or expertise for niche roles.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational objectives.

• Review and post job advertisements on targeted job boards.

• Evaluate and process applications across various platforms promptly.

• Utilize online platforms, social media, networking, mobile campaigns, email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing, and other sourcing methods to discover candidates.

• Cultivate and expand talent communities for current and future hiring requirements.

• Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and various communication channels.

• Conduct and present market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

• Pre-screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before introducing them to the hiring team.

• Share market and candidate insights with business hiring groups and provide consultation on sourcing and hiring strategies.

• Promote the employer brand and career development opportunities to prospective candidates.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using ATS and other tools.

• Stay updated with sourcing tools, techniques, and industry best practices.

• Source candidates from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented groups.

• Identify process enhancements and propose innovative strategies to improve recruitment efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.

• Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training is required.

• Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.

• Thorough understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in, specific industries or markets is essential.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector is advantageous.

• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, including X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong skills in research and market analysis.

• Capability to manage candidate data accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with data protection regulations.

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities, meet deadlines, and address niche recruitment needs.

• Capacity to creatively tackle sourcing challenges and devise innovative solutions.

• Commitment to continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Strong focus on achieving sourcing objectives.
