This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to grasp specific job requirements and align sourcing efforts with the organization's objectives.
• Craft and publish compelling job advertisements on specialized job boards.
• Review and process applications across all platforms promptly.
• Utilize online platforms, social media, networking, mobile campaigns, email outreach, cold calling, recruitment marketing, and various sourcing methods to identify and attract specialized candidates.
• Build and nurture talent communities for both current and future hiring needs.
• Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and various communication channels.
• Conduct and present regular market research focusing on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Pre-screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit prior to introducing them to the hiring team.
• Share insights on market conditions and candidates with business hiring groups and provide consultation on sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Promote the employer brand and career development opportunities to prospective candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using applicant tracking systems and other tools.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, sourcing tools, and methodologies.
• Encourage diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from varied backgrounds and underrepresented groups.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative methods to enhance recruitment efficiency.
• High School diploma is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.
• In-depth knowledge and solid sourcing experience within a specific industry or market are essential.
• Expertise in specialized sourcing techniques, including X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong research capabilities and market analysis skills.
• Ability to manage candidate data accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Proficient in managing multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently, meeting deadlines, and addressing niche recruitment needs.
• Capacity to creatively tackle sourcing challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Commitment to ongoing learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Strong emphasis on achieving sourcing targets.
• Proficiency in Hungarian and English is required.
• Knowledge of any additional foreign language is an advantage.
• Full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week.
• Option for remote work when located more than 35km from Budapest.
• In-office work twice a month for those within 35km of Budapest.
