This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Post and manage job openings across various portals and recruitment sources.
• Conduct resume screening and telephone interviews to identify talent.
• Facilitate online group dynamics through Zoom.
• Manage candidates using ATS tools and selection platforms.
• Present candidates and follow up on processes alongside the selection team.
• Issue job offers and handle documentation related to onboarding.
• Update, maintain, and streamline candidate databases, tracking availability and talent activation.
• Provide administrative support related to the selection processes.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance candidate experience and process efficiency.
• University degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
• Relevant experience in personnel selection or internships in Human Resources is preferred.
• A dynamic, organized individual with strong communication skills.
• A genuine interest in professional development in recruitment and talent management.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, goal-oriented environments.
• Having a personal vehicle is an advantage.
• Proficiency in ATS tools and selection platforms.
• Familiarity with Zoom for online group dynamics.
• Proficiency in Spanish (at least one required).
