This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Identify and source executive-level talent within Eastern Europe

• Evaluate and assess suitable executive profiles

• Oversee and sustain the CEO talent pipeline

• Assist in the selection process

• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews

• Keep organized candidate information and maintain follow-up

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology (required)

• Proficient in English (required)

• Residing in Poland

• Keen interest in talent detection and executive recruitment

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Capability to work independently in a completely remote setting
