This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Conduct HR interviews to evaluate candidates' motivation, professional demeanor, and cultural compatibility.
• Assist managers in clarifying hiring requirements, following up, and providing feedback on candidates.
• Oversee the candidate pipeline in Teamtailor, encompassing candidate tracking, scorecards, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Ensure a seamless and transparent experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Introduce DotWorld, detailing its business model, products, culture, and career opportunities.
• Understand candidates' motivations and concerns, facilitating the closing process through offer acceptance and signatures.
• Manage the entire pre-onboarding and onboarding process.
• Collect employee feedback to enhance employee experiences.
• Handle HR administration in France, including contracts, appendices, amendments, employment statuses, assignments, and renewals.
• Supervise Global Payroll and manage Deel for payroll, leave, absences, and expense claims.
• Track absences administratively and address sensitive situations with managers.
• Streamline administrative tasks and document HR workflows for efficiency.
• Address employee inquiries and ensure data integrity in partnership with Finance.
• Manage the lifecycle of employee equipment, access rights, and passwords.
• Maintain mailing lists and oversee internal collaboration tools.
• Coordinate with external partners.
• 3–5 years of experience in human resources, encompassing recruitment, HR administration, or a generalist position.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up is advantageous; experience in a recruitment agency or large corporate setting is also valued.
• Background in recruitment and HR operations, or a strong desire to expand your expertise.
• Proven track record of conducting HR interviews and managing recruitment processes effectively.
• Familiarity with an ATS, preferably Teamtailor, and/or an HRIS, ideally Deel.
• Strong foundation in personnel administration.
• Initial experience with payroll is an asset.
• Proficient in using Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Interest in AI tools and automation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and initiative-taking capabilities.
• Ability to persuade and guide candidates through the offer acceptance process.
• Eagerness to learn and quick adaptability to develop new skills.
• Strong service orientation with a focus on enhancing the candidate and employee experience.
• Detail-oriented and dependable in managing administrative and payroll data.
• Discreet with a strong commitment to confidentiality.
• Capability to work independently in a fully remote setting, with excellent written communication skills.
• Fluent in French is required.
• Minimum B2 proficiency level in English.
