• Senior Tech Manager with extensive experience in managing, mentoring, and developing software engineering teams and individual contributors (ICs).
• Strong background in software engineering.
• Experience with distributed architectures, microservices, and scalable systems.
• Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of engineering metrics (e.g., DORA Metrics).
• Ability to communicate effectively and tailor communication for both technical and business audiences.
• Strong skills in stakeholder relationship management and expectation setting.
• Executive perspective: capable of synthesizing complex information and identifying key insights.
• Ability to delegate, mentor, and develop talent.
• Results-oriented with a focus on business impact.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, Datadog, or similar tools is a plus.
