Talent & People Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing and headhunting to the acceptance of offers.

• Identify and attract niche, highly skilled passive candidates.

• Create talent pipelines in anticipation of future hiring requirements.

• Collaborate with leadership to determine hiring priorities, budgets, and workforce planning.

• Develop an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and hiring process that ensures responses to candidates within 12 hours.

• Establish and uphold a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Provide reporting and insights to align leadership and mitigate hiring risks.

• Construct AI-driven systems and automations using Claude.

• Spearhead key UK people initiatives as the UK People Partner.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of People & Culture based in Australia.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment and successfully closing roles from start to finish, whether in-house, through an agency, or both.

• Demonstrated success in headhunting elusive talent, especially passive candidates.

• Extensive network within tech start-ups and SaaS industries.

• Ability to maintain high quality standards while working efficiently.

• Meticulous attention to process and detail, even under pressure.

• Established history of partnering with senior leaders as a trusted advisor.

• Must have the right to work in the UK on an ongoing basis without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Preferred: experience in recruitment within a hyper-growth startup environment.

• Preferred: experience in hiring for technical, product, or health-tech positions.

• Preferred: experience in building or revamping an ATS and recruitment reporting from the ground up.

• Preferred: connections within Australian, UK, or Asian tech markets.
