This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Execute and monitor ad hoc and state/regulatory reporting requests.
• Create reports in Oracle HCM (OTBI) for requests from the People team.
• Keep records of recurring reports, their owners, and delivery schedules.
• Analyze metrics related to the People team, including attrition and headcount trends.
• Manage People Analytics dashboards utilizing Streamlit in Snowflake.
• Develop sophisticated dashboards with guidance from the People Analytics and DSEA teams.
• Utilize approved AI tools such as Claude for inquiries, documentation, and summarizing results.
• Investigate AI capabilities within Snowflake and the wider People technology framework.
• Implement automations and process enhancements using AI tools.
• Verify AI-generated outputs and adhere to AI usage guidelines.
• Prepare, consolidate, clean, and validate extensive datasets from various sources.
• Comply with people data privacy and security standards, including local and international regulations.
• Identify, report, and monitor data discrepancies until resolution.
• Communicate findings with both technical and non-technical partners in the People team.
• Pinpoint improvements in reporting processes and assist stakeholders in understanding data.
• Over 3 years of experience in an analytics position, preferably within a People team.
• Skilled in SQL and experienced in working with a cloud data warehouse like Snowflake.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Streamlit, Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Knowledge of team member lifecycle metrics, including headcount, attrition, hiring, internal mobility, and engagement.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with great attention to detail.
• Capability to define both routine and non-routine data challenges and explore viable solutions.
• Effective and concise communication skills with non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborative, proactive, and focused on growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with Python, R, or similar programming languages (preferred).
• Basic understanding of statistical concepts (preferred).
• Experience with HR systems such as Oracle HCM/OTBI, Greenhouse, LMS, Qualtrics, and performance management platforms (preferred).
• Comfort with using AI tools like Claude (preferred).
• Familiarity with Git or version control systems (preferred).
