This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle from start to finish, encompassing attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, engagement, and offboarding.
• Administer external recruitment assistance for specialized roles while adhering to budget constraints.
• Act as the primary resource for managers and employees regarding inquiries related to personnel matters.
• Sustain and enhance the career advancement framework.
• Ensure that salaries are equitable and aligned with market standards.
• Uphold HR compliance without hindering organizational efficiency.
• Provide counsel to the CEO and Executive Team on human resources topics.
• Manage internal communications and clarify company direction along with its implications for employees and teams.
• Transform organizational signals into actionable insights for the Executive Team.
• Influence the employee experience and workplace culture positively.
• Coordinate team activities, outings, and initiatives focused on employee retention.
• Infuse energy into everyday operations.
• Collaborate closely with support, product, and leadership teams.
• Report directly to the CEO.
• 4 to 5 years of HR experience covering the entire employee lifecycle, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• More than 5 years of HR experience across the full employee lifecycle, ideally within a start-up or scale-up context.
• Proficient in managing day-to-day HR operations and overseeing larger, more intricate projects.
• Experience or exposure to recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with career frameworks and compensation benchmarking; experience with Figures is advantageous.
• High energy levels and a genuine passion for fostering a great workplace.
• Strong business insight and comprehension of high-performing organizations.
• Excellent internal communication skills for both written and verbal interactions with a diverse audience.
• Willingness to challenge existing norms and engage with the Executive Team.
• Capability to organize team outings and address complex HR issues.
• Able to serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
• Curious, hands-on, and pragmatic approach.
• Comfortable collaborating with a multicultural hybrid team across varying time zones.
