This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver practical and commercially-focused HR guidance throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Oversee a significant volume of employee relations and case management issues, including investigations, performance management, and workplace conduct challenges.
• Assist leaders in addressing Fair Work, policies, compliance, and employee relations concerns.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with frontline operational teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Play a key role in executing people initiatives, organizational change programs, and transformation projects.
• Aid in workforce planning, talent management, engagement, and capability initiatives that enhance business performance.
• Partner with Centres of Excellence and wider People teams to provide exceptional experiences for employees and leaders.
• Recognize opportunities for continuous improvement and facilitate the implementation of practical solutions that benefit the business.
• Robust HR generalist experience with a solid background in employee relations and case management.
• Experience in supporting large operational or frontline workforces within a complex organizational structure.
• Proven capability to juggle competing priorities and operate effectively in a high-volume setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of employment legislation and Fair Work principles.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and establish credibility at all levels.
• Experience in a unionized environment is highly valued.
• Familiarity with HR projects, organizational change, or transformation initiatives is advantageous.
• A proactive and resilient mindset, along with a genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team.
• Successful completion of pre-employment checks, including a criminal history check and medical assessment, encompassing fitness to work and drug & alcohol screening.
