This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, offering strategic insights on workforce planning, role development, and recruitment best practices.
• Oversee comprehensive recruitment activities for Sales positions, ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Create and implement scalable, role-specific recruitment strategies and process enhancements tailored to the requirements of a rapidly expanding Sales organization.
• Quickly adapt to changing objectives and shifting priorities while keeping a steady focus on long-term talent acquisition goals.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to establish robust and sustainable talent pipelines.
• Identify and connect with top sales talent through focused networking, employee referrals, industry associations, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Foster relationships with high-achieving candidates across the United States.
• Advocate for and elevate ParetoHealth’s employer brand in the marketplace.
• Leverage data and analytics to assess recruitment performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and communicate key hiring metrics.
• Collaborate on cross-departmental Talent and People initiatives, encompassing DE&I efforts, process optimization, and talent planning.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, an additional 4 years of professional experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior, lead, or strategic business partner role.
• Proven success in recruiting sales teams within a high-growth or performance-oriented environment.
• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic settings and managing shifting priorities with resilience and a strategic approach.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR fundamentals, and the intersection of recruiting with broader People strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful recruiting strategies while achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and implement process improvements based on insights.
• Proficient in recruiting tools such as Greenhouse (ATS), BrightHire, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, both now and in the future.
