Talent Ops Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the candidate's initial experience with Siena from start to finish: triage, initial screening, feedback, and follow-up.

• Perform inbound triage and first-round screenings for roles that are high-volume and high-stakes.

• Ensure timely provision of responses to every candidate's inquiries.

• Oversee scheduling and logistics for an expanding array of live positions.

• Accurately and consistently maintain Ashby pipelines, notes, and statuses.

• Utilize Claude and similar AI tools within recruitment workflows.

• Offer occasional sourcing assistance when the recruitment volume necessitates it.

• Collaborate closely with candidates, the Talent Ops Manager, and recruiting tools to mitigate hand-off complications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in an agency setting, focusing on either high-volume recruiting at a fast pace or targeted search work.

• Background at a boutique agency or a startup at Series A or earlier.

• Ability to work independently without a predefined playbook and to create one as needed.

• Proven experience in developing genuine workflows utilizing Claude or similar AI tools.

• Capability to incorporate AI tools into the workflow, rather than just using them for email drafting.

• Strong judgment skills and the ability to take ownership without explicit guidance.

• Dedication to providing feedback to every candidate, including those who do not progress in the selection process.
