This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist leadership teams and global trainers of partners to ensure they develop into Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• Provide feedback and guidance to global partners
• Ensure that global partners adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and uphold accountability
• Communicate updates regarding internal initiatives, procedures, and policies
• Create, update, and manage documentation
• Align global Distribution Center/Quality Control (DC/QC) workflows with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processes, and protocols
• Oversee the implementation of change-management initiatives and associated policies and processes
• Address escalated issues from clients, requesters, and interdepartmental teams
• Establish SLAs, monthly production goals, overtime parameters, and workforce management responsibilities alongside operations leadership
• Evaluate team performance in collaboration with global partners and internal leaders
• Identify, assess, and address opportunities for operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Manage access to applications/reports and oversee the termination of contractor access
• Provide support during technical events
• Collaborate with internal technology teams on data and digital initiatives
• Facilitate automation, digital transformation, and process enhancement initiatives
• Offer managerial support during periods of reduced capacity
• Propel Sharecare’s transition plan forward to meet transition milestones and objectives
• Adhere to relevant policies, including HIPAA, as well as state and federal regulations and labor laws
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required
• Preferred: At least 5 years of experience in Medical Records
• Preferred: A minimum of 1 year of management experience or 2 years in a lead role
• Familiarity with management applications, including the Microsoft Suite, Visio, CRM, Power BI, and Workday
• CRIS certification is mandatory
• Highly team-oriented
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multitasking environment while effectively prioritizing and meeting deadlines
• Exceptional communication and documentation abilities
• Excellent customer service skills paired with strong negotiation capabilities
• Detail-oriented with robust analytical and effective problem-solving skills
• Proficient in handling confidential materials and information with professionalism
