📋 Description

• Conduct market analysis, evaluate data, and offer actionable insights and recommendations regarding sales performance, agent efficiency, customer experiences, and market trends.

• Formulate strategies to enhance sales productivity and foster operational efficiencies.

• Oversee product launches, sales initiatives, communication tactics, technology integration, process enhancements, and profitability measures.

• Assist territory and market leadership with project management, presentation development, and communication efforts.

• Provide support to leadership on various ad-hoc projects, including issue resolution.

• Organize territory and market meetings for stakeholders, including setting agendas, managing communication, logistics, speakers, and content.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance field operations, marketing, or a similar role is required.

• Experience in data analysis is preferred.

• Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing data.

• Capability to formulate recommendations aimed at enhancing sales productivity and driving efficiencies.

• Experience in coordinating product launches, sales initiatives, communication strategies, technology integration, process optimization, and profitability measures.

• Skills in project management, presentation preparation, and effective communication.

• Ability to organize territory and market meetings, including setting agendas, communication, logistics, speakers, and content.
