Field Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Conduct market research, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations pertaining to field operations, encompassing sales performance, agent productivity, customer experience, and market trends.

• Formulate recommendations aimed at enhancing sales productivity and driving efficiencies.

• Oversee product rollouts, sales initiatives, communication strategies, technology integration, process optimization, and actions related to profitability.

• Assist territory and market leadership with project management, presentation preparation, and communication efforts.

• Offer support to leadership on ad-hoc projects, including problem-solving.

• Organize territory and market meetings, managing agendas, communications, logistics, speakers, and content.

• Carry out other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance field operations, marketing, or a similar role is required.

• Experience in data analysis is preferred.

• Work location: Washington State.
