This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist with financial and operational functions related to the Disabled Students’ Allowance contract.
• Investigate and resolve financial, invoicing, and operational issues.
• Conduct financial validation, reconciliation, and provide audit support.
• Analyze operational and financial data to uncover trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate management information, reporting, and performance insights.
• Aid in supplier management tasks, governance forums, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure the accuracy of the product catalogue and related governance procedures.
• Contribute to the creation, review, and implementation of operational procedures and controls.
• Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, compliance, and efficiency.
• Collaborate across various business functions to promote compliant, customer-centric processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience in a financial, operational, or administrative setting.
• Prior experience in finance administration or a regulated environment.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Background in invoice management, reconciliation, or financial controls.
• Experience in managing suppliers or stakeholders.
• Knowledge of governance, audit, or compliance procedures.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar case management systems.
• Experience in producing reports, dashboards, or management information.
• Background in continuous improvement or process review initiatives.
