This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete execution of Employee Listening & People Insights initiatives, which includes managing Peakon, executing surveys and pulse checks, gathering qualitative insights, reporting, and following up with stakeholders.

• Evaluate employee feedback, participation trends, and data from listening programs to pinpoint themes and suggest enhancements.

• Implement assigned aspects of performance management, talent discussions, and succession planning, which encompasses research, resource development, and follow-up actions.

• Review performance and talent program data along with participant feedback to detect trends and execute tactical improvements.

• Assist in learning and development initiatives by facilitating recurring sessions and enhancing content and resources.

• Create tools, resources, and content that facilitate career advancement and readiness for leadership roles.

• Keep job leveling guides and job architecture resources updated in collaboration with the Talent Management Manager and the Compensation team.

• Provide training and support for managers and employees regarding assigned performance, talent, development, and listening initiatives.

• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations; identify challenges and propose effective solutions.

• Ensure continuity in performance, talent, and development programs during team absences.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in talent management, performance management, learning and development, employee listening, organizational design, or similar Human Resources functions.

• Strong grasp of performance management, talent development, employee listening, and related principles and practices of talent management.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for interpreting program and employee data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with employees, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Proven capability to independently manage recurring programs or projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and fulfill commitments.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

• Candidates must currently be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis; SupplyHouse.com will not provide sponsorship for work visas.

• A thorough background check will be conducted.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.

• Preferred: Familiarity with employee listening or engagement survey tools (e.g., Peakon, Glint, Qualtrics), HRIS, and talent technologies such as Workday or LMS/LXP platforms.
