This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Oversee and enhance learning operations, including training governance, audit assistance, learning system management, and related operational priorities.
β’ Manage and improve activities associated with the learning management system, such as course deployment, tracking completion, managing transcripts, monitoring certifications, resolving issues, and providing system support.
β’ Partner with HR, Talent Management, business leaders, vendors, and subject matter experts to implement learning programs.
β’ Evaluate learning operations processes, identify areas for improvement, and introduce solutions that enhance efficiency, consistency, compliance, and service quality.
β’ Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of learning data and records across all systems.
β’ Generate, analyze, and report on both routine and ad hoc metrics regarding learning participation, compliance, effectiveness, and operational performance.
β’ Assist with internal and external audits by coordinating documentation, verifying training records, interpreting requirements, and aiding in organizational preparedness.
β’ Suggest and facilitate enhancements to learning technology through testing, validation, implementation, and process optimization.
β’ Develop and maintain procedures, job aids, and documentation for standardized learning operations.
β’ Address learner and stakeholder concerns while balancing service, compliance, and business requirements.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 2 years of related experience.
β’ Alternatively, a minimum of 8 years of related experience may substitute for a degree.
β’ Experience in Learning Management System administration; familiarity with SuccessFactors Learning is preferred.
β’ Strong project management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
β’ Experience in creating online learning content; knowledge of Articulate, Synthesia, or similar authoring tools is preferred.
β’ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to utilize reporting tools and interpret training data.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and foster strong working relationships.
β’ High attention to detail and a strong commitment to follow-through.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
β’ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.
