HR Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture business relationships with prospective clients, emphasizing HR Sales Consulting.

• Engage in business-to-business prospecting activities.

• Foster current relationships while developing new connections.

• Perform demonstrations and discovery calls to secure new business opportunities.

• Identify and cultivate prospects through tailored lists, self-generated leads, and sales development initiatives.

• Build and sustain relationships with referral sources such as CPAs, banks, financial advisors, and insurance brokers.

• Become proficient in and leverage sales tools effectively.

• Oversee a dynamic sales pipeline to surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and manage sales and client service efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM), particularly in HR consulting sales.

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales environment focused on meeting quotas.

• Experience in selling SaaS solutions is preferred.

• Strong organizational abilities and capability to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced setting.

• Demonstrated skills in relationship building and client service.

• A driven, positive attitude with self-motivation.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/Outreach, Gong.io, and LinkedIn Navigator.
