This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of HR initiatives focusing on organizational effectiveness, staffing, learning, performance management, employment practices, and HR communications.

• Assist in the execution of HR programs and processes within a designated region.

• Oversee HR programs and processes pertaining to organizational effectiveness, staffing, performance management, learning, and employment practices.

• Manage associate relations to foster a positive and productive work environment.

• Offer HR support and guidance to HR Regional Managers and their teams.

• Analyze reports to assess HR operations for the assigned area.

• Evaluate regional needs and facilitate or develop programs to meet those requirements.

• Engage in acquisition integration tasks related to orientation, benefits, and training.

• Supervise a team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly oversee support staff.

• Travel overnight 25% to 50% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• Must successfully complete pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable.

• Typically requires a BS/BA in a related field.

• Generally requires 7+ years of experience in a related domain.

• Certification may be necessary.

• An advanced degree may compensate for less experience in certain disciplines.

• 7+ years of experience providing HR support across all organizational levels.

• Experience supporting a workforce exceeding 600 employees.

• Expertise in Staffing, Learning, and Talent management.

• Experience in supervising staff.

• Multi-unit management experience is preferred.

• Proven ability to make significant HR decisions and escalate issues to the appropriate levels of HR/department.

• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment impacting HR decisions.

• Experience in HR M&A.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or HR.

• Familiarity with managing HR systems (PeopleSoft, Kronos) and overseeing multiple HR system-related initiatives.

• Knowledge of specific HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance in the processing of information.
